Mithra pricing is based on your data volume and module selection. We quote based on your specific scope, spend volume, number of entities, source systems, and modules required. Contact us and we'll provide a clear quote within 48 hours.
Our standard initial term is 12 months with a six-month opt-out. If you haven't seen measurable value within six months, you can exit without penalty.
Standard implementation, data connection, taxonomy setup, and onboarding are included in your subscription. We don't charge separately for the work that makes the product function. Anything outside the standard scope is agreed in writing upfront.
Yes. Many customers start with Atlas to build their data foundation and add Opportunity Agents once the clean data layer is in place. Module additions don't require contract renegotiation.
Pricing is based on your data scope at the time of agreement. If your spend volume or entity count grows significantly, we discuss a scope adjustment. Growth within the agreed range doesn't trigger automatic price changes.
Our standard onboarding covers everything needed for a successful deployment. For customers who want taxonomy consulting, advanced implementation support, or change management, we can discuss options, but they're not required to use the product.
